Go to the Payment terminal
You should see a preauthorization fee displayed on the screen, as well as a message that says "Plugged into [Charger ID]? Swipe to start".
Use the terminal
If the payment terminal is displaying the ID number of the charge point you have plugged into; swipe your preferred payment method.
Confirmation
Return to the charge point / car to confirm the charging session has began.

Remove the cable from your car first
If you are not familiar with how to unlock the cable from your vehicle, the most common methods for disconnecting are;
- Unlocking the vehicle
- Double pressing the unlock button on your vehicles keys
- Holding the unlock button on your vehicles keys
- Pressing an unlock button on the dashboard of the vehicle
- Pressing an unlock button from the vehicles app
Remove the cable from the charger
Once the charger detects the cable is no longer connected to the vehicle it will also unlock the cable.
