How to start/stop a charge with the App

Public Park & Recharge App:

You can access the app through any of the links below depending on your device;

Webapp – Available from any device with a browser (Phone, Laptop, Tablet, etc)

iOS app – Available on Apple devices

Android App – Available on Android devices

To start a charge:

Plug your charge cable into your vehicle
Plug your charge cable into the charge point
Locate the charge point in the app
Select the correct socket on the app and press 'start charging'.

Please note: There is a minimum starting balance of £2.75 on many of our chargers. If your credit is lower than £2.75, you will receive an insufficient funds message when you try to start a new charging event. In areas with poor phone reception, you may occasionally see this message incorrectly - logging in and out of the app will resolve this issue.

To end a charge:

or you can:

Unlock your charge cable from your vehicle using your key (this process differs from vehicle to vehicle)
Unplug your charge cable from the charge point and from your vehicle
