Park & Recharge managed charge points can typically be accessed via RFID card or App but freedom to use the charge point may be restricted by the host or owner of the charge point. Signage on or near the charge point should clarify this. For charge points in restricted access locations access will be controlled by the site supervisor or managers.
Some charge points may be restricted for fleet vehicles in which case this will be indicated with a sticker on the charge point.
If the charge point is PAYG (payment required for the energy you consume) you will need to either have an active App account, set one up or pay for a one time charge event.
