If the charge point doesn't seem to be responding to commands (either through app or RFID) or is dead (no lights or power) it may need a maintenance visit. You can perform some quick troubleshooting, but the best this to do is to call us as we might be able to help, or at least advise on the status.

  • Check for faults - normally charge points have lights to indicate their status. If they are red there may be a problem with the charge point. If this is the case, please call us as we may be able to resolve the issue, or advise when the charge point will be fixed.
  • Check for faults - normally charge points have lights to indicate their status. If you can't see them or detect any other signs of life from the charge point (like noises when interacting) it is likely there there is no power to the charge point.
  • Does the charge point have a display screen? If it does, it may advise that there is a fault, or if completely blank the unit may be without power. Try pressing the screen or selecting a button to see if the unit wakes up.
