If the charge point is displaying a red status light, it is likely there is a fault present on the unit. If this is the case the best this to do is to call us as we might be able to help, or at least advise on the status. The fault may be limited to a single socket, so if the charge point has more then once socket you may be able to charge on another connector.


If you contact us, we may be able to remotely reset the unit which can clear some charge point faults. The unit will restart itself and may become available to use, although the fault be return.


If the fault persists, we will arrange for a maintenance visit, but that may be all we are able to do.
