Not Discharging - Grid Codes

In order the for Quasar WallBox to discharge, the grid codes must be entered onto the WallBox app.

These should be set to "G99".


In an event where the participant performs a "Restore" of the charge point (e.g. in order to resolve a fault) they will be required to re-enter the grid codes once this process has completed.


During a software or firmware update to either the WallBox Quasar charge point or the partner App, the gridcodes may need to be re-entered after the update has completed.


The Vehicle to Grid(V2G) feature can be configured through the Installation Options screen in the Configuration menu of the my Wallbox app. By selecting the applicable normative settings on the Grid Codes screen, the V2G feature can be enabled.
