WallBox Quasar Fault - Red Service / Error Light

The Quasar has a service / error light located below the main screen (highlighted in image below). This is different to the normal LED status light (STATUS LED in image below).

The Status LED will typically be red when the WallBox Quasar is in fault, which is what the participant will initially observe, but the service light should flash red to indicated the type/cause of the fault.


When a participant reports that the WallBox Quasar status light is red, we should also attempt to find out the "blinks" in order to help diagnose the fault.


The service / error light blink codes are shown below, and an example is attached (example shows 5 blinks).
