Sometimes the Quasar WallBox will begin to charge unexpectedly (when not scheduled).
This can be for a number of different reasons, but is typically because the Controller has lost comms. When this happens the WallBox defaults to "charge now" so that in the worst case scenario, the vehicle is charged.
There can be other circumstances which cause the WallBox to begin charging depending on the CrowdCharge profile that has been set. For example, if the profile is attempting to maximise economic return it may be beneficial for the charge point to charge during unscheduled times in order to take greater advantages of export/discharge rates later on (e.g. charge now to discharge more later).
