Starting a charge session
1. Select the charger in the app and press "start charge" on the desired socket or swipe your RFID card above the socket you wish to use (indicated by RFID light).
2. Wait for the charger to "beep" and the light at the top of the charger to start flashing yellow.
3. Plug your cable in to the selected socket.
4. Plug the cable into your electric vehicle.
5. Listen for a 'clunk' noise - this is the sound of the locking pins securing the cable so it cannot be unplugged. Power will start flowing to the vehicle after this point.
6. To end the charge session, either swipe your RFID card above the socket or follow the steps below to end from the app.
Ending a charge from the app
1. Go to the 'Charge' page
2. Click on the lightning bolt
3. Click "end charge"
Alternative method to end a charge
1. Follow the vehicle manufacturers' process to unlock the charging cable from the vehicle (typically "unlock" button via key fob).
2. Remove the charging cable from the vehicle.
3. This should end the charge and release the cable from the charge point.
